These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ontime Business Services website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide PRO services, visa processing, business setup, trade licensing, tax consultancy, and related government liaison services in the UAE. Service timelines depend on government authority processing times which are outside our direct control.
Quoted fees include our service charges and estimated government fees unless stated otherwise. Government fees are subject to change by authorities without notice. Prices displayed on our shop page are indicative for 2025–2026 and confirmed upon order review. All fees are quoted in AED and subject to 5% VAT where applicable.
Government fees paid to authorities are non-refundable once submitted. Our service fees may be partially refundable if processing has not commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@ontimeservicesuae.com.
We are not liable for delays, rejections, or decisions made by UAE government authorities. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
